With whom do we share your information?

For example, we must release your mailing address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered. Someone Cares About Me is committed to customer satisfaction and our ability to delight through our email communications. We respect your right to opt-out of receiving said messages. You can do so by selecting the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email. Once your unsubscribe request is processed, we will not send you further promotional emails, unless you opt back into receiving promotional emails from us. If you complete a purchase from us, sign up for an email, or submit an entry in one of our contests or other promotions, it may be necessary to contact you even if you have opted out of receiving communications from us. In addition, certain transactional communications such as order status and shipment confirmation which are necessary for us to process your order.

Requests From Law Enforcement:

We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena. 

Tax Policy

Someone Cares About Me LLC. Is headquartered in the state of Pennsylvania. We do not currently charge our buyers sales tax. Our  Website is protected by firewalls and the world’s strongest encryption. Our site encrypts all data that passes through the website through the server including credit card transactions, data transfer and logins. We protect your data from being intercepted and viewed by unintended recipients. Your personal information is handled with the highest level of protection and care.
